2. The Service
By purchasing a Blueprint, you receive:
- One personalised PDF Blueprint report
- Access to your report via your dashboard account
- The report is generated instantly upon successful payment
3. Pricing
Prices for all products and services are displayed at the point of purchase. Prices may change — the price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.
5. Digital Product — No Refunds
Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be returned or resold. Personal readings and sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of any product or service, please contact us at info@chakradecoded.com and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Accuracy of Birth Data
Where applicable, personalised products are generated from the data you provide. Please ensure any personal data submitted is accurate — including your birth date, time, and location where relevant. We cannot regenerate a report due to incorrectly entered data.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on chakradecoded.com — including all products, reports, videos, written materials, design, and copy — is the intellectual property of Nadi Decoded FZE. Your Blueprint is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold.
8. Disclaimer
Chakra Decoded provides energetic and self-reflective information for personal exploration purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Use of this product is at your own discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability

You may not, without prior written permission from Nadi Decoded FZE:
- Copy, reproduce, or republish any portion of your Blueprint report or any site content
- Distribute, share, or resell any report, content, or materials received through this service
- Create derivative works based on the Chakra Decoded framework, system design, or interpretive methodology
- Screenshot, record, or capture report content for public sharing beyond personal reference
- Use the ChakraGraph illustration, brand assets, or visual design for any commercial purpose
Your Blueprint report is licensed to you personally for private use only. It is not transferable.
